Git: your brain will thank you
On the CosmoClub May 6th, the postdoc Loic Le Tiran from IAG-USP presented an informative talk on the the use of the version control system “git”. For scientists (and other professionals) who work with coding frequently, a version control system (VCS) is essential to keeo the working directory from looking like this example from PhD Comics. Loic showed many commom uses of git and encouraged the attendees to try the VCS.
